This website is operated by MAXIMATOR Hochdrucktechnik Ges.m.b.H., Pascalstraße 1 4614 Marchtrenk (“we” or “use”, as applicable).

Here we describe how, as a website operator, i.e., website administrator according to the Data Protection Act, we process your personal data in connection with this website that is accessible under the domain https://www.maximator-ht.com (henceforth only "our website").

1. What data about you do we process?

During your visit of this website, we will collect the following information:

  • date and time of your visit on our website, your IP address, time, duration of your visit, mode of website retrieval, URL, status and version of your web browser, the website (URL) which you visited before visiting this website (so-called server log),
  • certain cookie files (see under 4. below) a
  • such information as you provide yourself, in particular by filling out the contact form.

2. Purpose and legal provisions for personal data protection

We will process your personal data for the following purposes, in particular on the basis of the legal provisions listed herein below:

  • to make this website available to you and furthermore to improve and perfect the website (based on your predominantly legitimate interest). [as per Art. 6(1/f GDPR]);
  • to compile usage statistics and thereby constantly improve our online presentation and the user comfort of our website (based on your consent). [as per Art. 6(1/a GDPR]);
  • to detect, prevent, and investigate attacks on our website (based on your predominantly legitimate interest). [as per Art 6(1/f DSGVO]) and
  • to react to your questions (based on your consent [as per Art. 6(1/a GDPR]).

3. Transmission of your personal data

If we inform you as part of data transfer that we communicate, forward, or make your personal data otherwise available to other persons and companies (data processing entities, such as providers of technical services as part of providing our website, associated companies or other third parties), we assure you that we do so solely where it is permitted by law (e.g., transfer to the provider or payment service as part of fulfilling contractual obligations in accordance with Art. 6(1/a) GDPR), if you have given your consent or are legally obliged to do so or on the basis of legitimate interest (e.g., when engaging authorized workers, etc.).

If we authorize third parties to process data on the basis of a "Data Processing Agreement", it is done in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Some of the above-mentioned recipients are located abroad or process your personal data abroad. The level of personal data protection in other countries may not be the same as in your country. However, we only transmit your personal data to countries that the European Commission has decided to have an adequate level of data protection or we take measures to ensure that the recipients have an adequate level of data protection. For this purposes, for instance, we sign standard contractual clauses for the transmission of personal data to third countries in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/679, or we make sure that such clauses be signed with cooperating service providers.

4. Cookies, similar technologies, and tracking

We use so-called cookies on our website. A cookie is a small file that can be saved/stored on your end device when you visit a website. 5. Embedded third party content

Data-efficient integration of Google services through the server-side tracking method(sGTM)

The data-saving technical solution of our service provider - HEROLD Business Data GmbH – prevents the transmission of your IP address of your end computer to the US-based Google LLC ("Google") when you visit this website. The technical solution for personal data processing is therefore implemented either without transmitting personal data to dangerous third countries or through anonymization of the website users´ IP addresses. IP addresses are collected for one logical second for the purposes of anonymization. Due to the above measures, neither we, nor our service provider can draw individual conclusions about individual website users. On the basis of your consent to the use of cookies, we use the services of Google (in particular Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads) for the purposes of analysis and marketing, whereby the URL address and the name of our website, browser data [browser information, operating system, screen resolution, language selection, data and time]) are assigned to an anonymized reference value and transmitted to the US-based Google LLC ("Google"). In doing so, we refer, as a legal provision, to Art. 6(1/a) GDPR.

Consent management provider

We have integrated the consent management tool "consentmanager" (www.consentmanager.de) from consentmanager GmbH (Eppendorfer Weg 183, 20253 Hamburg, info@consentmanager.net), which allows you to request consent to the processing of personal data or the use of cookies or comparable functions. The consent manager ("consentmanager") offers the possibility to grant or refuse your consent for certain functions of our website, e.g., for the purposes of integrating external elements, integrating streaming content, statistical analysis, content measurement, and personalized advertisement. With the "consentmanager" tool, you can grant or deny consent for all functions and grant consent for individual purposes or individual functions. You can change the settings later. The purpose of the "consentmanager" tool is to enable the users of our website to make decisions about the above matters and to offer the possibility of changing the settings already made as part of further use of our website. When using the "consentmanager" tool, personal data and information about the end devices used, such as the IP address [Art. 6(1/sentence 1/c) , iVm Art. 6(3, sentence 1/a iVm), Art. 7(1] and supported by Art. 6(1/f GDPR)]. By processing data, consentmanager helps us fulfill our legal obligations (e.g., duty of proof). Our legitimate interest in data processing consists of storing user settings and preferences in connection with the use of cookies and other functions. The consentmanager stores your data as long as your user settings are active. A new request for consent is submitted 365 days following the implementation of user settings. The user settings made will then be saved for the duration of this period. Logs will be deleted after 13 months. You can raise an objection to the processing later (ex-post). You have the right to object in cases arising from a specific situation of the data subject. If you wish to raise an objection, please send e-mail to info@consentmanager.net.

Our contact form

The data you enter through our contact form will be sent to us for processing via e-mail and we can view them in our system for 6 months.

Our online presentation on social networks

We manage online presentation on social networks and platforms in order to communicate with customers, prospects, and users who are active on them and in order to be able to inform them about our services. When entering the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and personal data protection notices of the respective networks apply. We process user data whenever they communicate with us on social networks and platforms, e.g., when they write posts on our profile or send us messages. The data subject‘ s requests for information and exercise of rights can be made most effectively with the providers. Access to user data is only available to providers who can take appropriate measures and provide information directly.

SSL encryption of our website

Our website uses SSL encryption by means of certificates Let's Encrypt - SSL (https://letsencrypt.org/repository/). This encryption is used, for example, for enquiries you send us through our website. Please make sure that SSL encryption is used when you carry out the relevant activities. The use of encryption can be easily identified: https:// will appear in the address bar of the browser. Data encrypted with the SSL certificate are not readable by third parties.

6. Storage length

Generally, we store your data for 6 months. Storage time is longer, if it is necessary for a specific purpose, in particular for detecting recorded attacks on our website.
