MAXIMATOR compressor stations for nitrogen or other gases are complete compressor stations ready for connection. They are used for generating operating pressures of up to 2,400 bar. The device can be used for all kinds of testing, filling, or other processes requiring a maximum pressure.

MAXIMATOR compressor stations for nitrogen or other gases are complete compressor stations ready for connection. They are used for generating operating pressures of up to 2,400 bar. The device can be used for all kinds of testing, filling, and other processes requiring maximum pressure.

MAXIMATOR supplies a broad range of accessories for all applications. This includes pressure switches and pneumatically or electrically operated switchboards for automatic system shutdown. Furthermore, we offer connection adapters, quick couplings, pressure filters, high-pressure hoses, and shut-off and control valves.

MAXIMATOR compressor stations are prepared according to your individual needs. Our sales engineers in the technical offices as well as our employees working will be happy to provide you with relevant information and recommend the right station for any individual application.

Pressure is generated by one or several MAXIMATOR compressors with pneumatic drive. The MAXIMATOR compressor is simply connected to the company´s compressed air distribution network. To generate pressure, there is no need to have an electrical connection available.

All MAXIMATOR compressors can be integrated in the MAXIMATOR compressor stations. The only limitations are: certain structural dimensions and certain compressor flow rate for the specific application.

For easy commissioning and problem-free operation, MAXIMATOR compressor stations are equipped with all the necessary components. This includes a pneumatic control unit with a combined water separator with a filtering insert, a pressure regulating valve, a control manometer, as well as a manual valve for shutting off the driving air.

Optionally, upon request, MAXIMATOR compressor stations can be installed on the base plate, in a protective frame of stainless steel, or in the switchboard.

On the high-pressure side, the compressor station is equipped with a safety valve (relief valve) and a connecting block with one or two pressure outlets for connecting to a testing device (individually or completely closable as per request).

For displaying and monitoring the operating pressure, we supply liquid manometers of various diameters, accuracy class 1.0 or 1.6 (higher accuracy upon request).

MAXIMATOR compressor stations with the above accessories is ready for connection. To operate the device, it is necessary to connect it to the air pipe and the operating medium supply on the inlet pressure side.

MAXIMATOR stationary, mobile, and portable compressor stations can be used wherever gases have to be compressed.

Examples of MAXIMATOR compressor station uses:

  • Filling airbag systems with helium to a pressure of 800 bar,
  • repumping from bottles to make use of remaining volume
  • general pressure tests at high gas pressure,
  • repumping oxygen into portable bottles when providing rescue services,
  • compressing and regulating gas for gas-supported plastic injection technology in the plastics industry,
  • prefilling hydraulic accumulators with nitrogen

Using a compressor driven by compressed air to generate the required gas pressure. The operating pressure corresponds to the set air pressure, multiplied by the compressor´s transmission ration. Once the preset pressure is reached, the device automatically stops and holds the pressure steady until it starts to drop due to seepage or another reason. The device automatically restarts and continues to run until the preset pressure is reached again.

Thanks to air-driven control and regulation, the operation of the device is incomparably simple. The entire device is extraordinarily robust, operationally reliable, and durable even when operating in harsh operating conditions. Humid environment, dust, or higher temperatures do not affect the station. MAXIMATOR compressor stations are explosion-proof because they do not require electrical power.
