MAXIMATOR provides individual solutions in the field of units, systems and components that are specifically tailored to the requirements of the customers.

The ready-to-connect hydraulic units can produce operating pressures of up to 7000 bar. The devices are used for testing or clamping tasks as well as for other tasks that require a certain pressure.
Every MAXIMATOR unit can be equipped with MAXIMATOR pumps. All units are supplied with the necessary components.
We provide you with complete compressor stations, which can produce pressures of up to 2,100 bar. Comprehensive accessories such as pressure switches or way valves are also available for these devices. The stations will be adapted to the individual needs and requirements of the customers.
We offer test stands and pressure-generating systems for pressures up to a maximum of 25,000 bar. The devices can be operated with oil, water, HFA, HFC, Pentosin, brake fluid or various gases.

In plastics processing gas-assisted systems have established themselves as reliable in the nitrogen application. Additionally they can be used for Co2 or carbon dioxide applications.
Gas- and water-assisted systems are found in the production of more demanding plastic parts and they help to reduce the material consumption. A saving of up to 50% is possible.
This technology enables you to pressurize mechanical seals. MAXIMATOR offers supply systems for liquid-locked mechanical seals as well as central feed-in units for several mechanical seals. Of course the systems comply with all relevant standards.
